A few years later, we sold that home and bought our next one. We went with an online mortgage lender this time, and loved the simplicity and usability of their platform. Unfortunately, we soon found ourselves having some of the same issues, but worse. No communication, limited hours, and worst of all, they didn't understand rural Georgia real estate, making us lose thousands and almost making us lose the home entirely.

So now, being stuck with a high-interest mortgage without the ability to refinance because we didn't know anything about how mortgages worked, despite having done the process twice...we got into the real estate world. We had had such a terrible experience ourselves, that we made it our mission to give every homebuyer the absolute best service, and make their best interest our top priority. After many more years in the industry and plenty of experience, we started Reliable Mortgage to do exactly that.
